DUE TO THE NATURE OF SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
IF YOU HAPPEN TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT DAMAGES, PLEASE CONTACT US AT bajensheabutter@gmail.com with a dated photo and if necessary we will work something out.
Please allow 24-48hrs for your item to be processed and shipped.
If you have not received an item please check with your carrier, then email us so when can file a proper claim with USPS.
We do not ship during weekends or holidays, if a product was purchased during the weekend or before/on a holiday please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
